About the Role: 

You will be the first and last impression of the hotel. What matters most to us is your attitude, your communication and your ability to handle guests with confidence and care.

Your day-to-day:

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional way
• Support check-in and check-out procedures
• Assist guests with requests and questions
• Stay informed about the hotel’s services and experiences
• Follow the daily operation of the Front Office

We are interested in people who:

• Have some experience in hospitality or customer service
• Communicate comfortably in Greek and English
• Feel confident using computers and learning new systems
• Enjoy working with guests and creating a positive atmosphere
• Stay calm and solution-oriented, even during busy moments
• Work well as part of a team
