Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Build strong relationships with guests and proactively address their needs
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Follow up on guest concerns and ensure effective resolution
• Assist VIP guests and support special events or guest activities when required
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and guest loyalty initiatives
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Hospitality
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced hospitality environment
