Contract Manager (On-site – Crete)
Cretan Holidays S.A., one of the largest and most innovative Destination Management Companies in Greece, is looking to hire a dynamic, motivated and Contracting Manager to join our team in Crete.
Key Responsibilities
- Contracting Knowledge: Negotiation of favorable terms with hotel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, scouting of hotels, finding new cooperation opportunities
- Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of vacation rentals and property management services across European markets.
- Professional Relationships with hotels and partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers and clients, offering continuous support throughout the contracting cycle.
- Objection Handling: Address concerns and objections with professionalism, offering tailored solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly and annual contracting reports and performance reviews.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contracting (sales), or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with European vacation planning and the property management industry is a plus.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, team player and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of NS program advantage, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems
- Fluency in English, Greek,
- Willingness to travel as required
