B2B Sales Consultant (HR Industry) 

Job Description

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients in need of HR solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers 
• Understand client needs and propose tailored HR services 
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Stay updated on HR trends and industry developments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
