looking for a Retail Activation Specialist.

🖋️You will be
reporting to: Consumer Experience Activation Manager
Your work will include:
As a Retail Activation Specialist you will
drive end-to-end retail activation, transforming consumer insights into
impactful in-store experiences that boost awareness, acquisition, and retention.
More specifically, you will:
- Support retail projects from idea
to implementation. Turn insights into powerful retail activations, aligned
with brand guidelines and the regulatory framework
- Deliver high-quality POSM,
visibility initiatives, and D2C materials that move consumers from
awareness to acquisition across the offline retail touchpoints
- Manage agencies and suppliers to
guarantee fast, high-quality, on-time delivery and actively
seeking new ways to elevate our market execution
- Support new product launches
across nicotine categories with full compliance in legal restrictions and
brand alignment
- Visit stores regularly to stay
close to market reality and identify growth opportunities
- Support in the preparation and
coordination of the monthly retail activation alignment meeting for the
successful preparation of the in-market retail plans
- Monitor, track performance and
report on the implementation and results of activation plans, providing
data-driven recommendations, and identifying corrective actions to brand
activities, materials, and practices when needed.
- Collaborate across Marketing,
Trade, Sales, CX, Supply Chain & Legal to ensure seamless end-to-end
execution & compliance
- Own your budget and drive
efficient, impactful activations
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s
degree in any relevant field of Business, Marketing, Finance or similar
- 3–4 years in
Brand, Retail/Trade Marketing or Consumer Activation
- Strong project
coordination, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- A commercial
mindset with the ability to turn insights into results
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities
- Able to connect
offline with online and work in an omnichannel marketing model
- Proactive,
energetic, can-do attitude
- Independent
ownership and accountability for results for assigned projects
- Plan,
prioritize and deliver independently, while escalating when necessary
