Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage check in and check out procedures
• Handle reservations, telephone calls, and email correspondence
• Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions
• Address guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain accurate records and update hotel systems accordingly
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or in a customer service role will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer oriented mindset
• Very good command of Greek and English
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
