Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this role supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Housekeeping team to ensure all areas meet Aman standards.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to Room Attendants and support staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality control.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage inventory levels for linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with administrative tasks, scheduling, and departmental planning.
• Respond to guest requests and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality from a certified school in Greece or abroad.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a 5* luxury hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio is an asset.
• A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and maintaining luxury service standards.
• Right to live and work in Greece without company-supported work permit.
