As part of strengthening our Sales team, we are looking for a Sales Associate.
Placed within the Sales Department, the Sales Associate will engage with a portfolio of clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional product recommendations and ensure a positive customer experience. He/She will play a key part in driving sales performance, maintaining product standards, and supporting broader commercial and marketing initiatives.
The individual will directly report to the Key Account Manager and functionally to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution and customer service in all assigned accounts’ Territory
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects our brand values and encourages repeated business.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall company performance.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through consistent follow‑up and excellent service.
- Collaborate daily with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including product launches and sampling.
- Track and report sales KPIs using basic computer tools (MS Office).
