The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening the brand’s positioning within the luxury hospitality and travel market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the commercial leadership team
- Drive revenue growth across luxury hospitality properties through strategic partnerships and proactive sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate accounts, and key industry stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets
- Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements in line with company standards and revenue objectives
- Represent the company at international trade shows, networking events, roadshows, and luxury travel exhibitions
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Revenue teams on promotions, campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience and long-term partnerships
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and KPI analysis for senior management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, contributing to a positive and high-performing sales culture
