Company / Client Overview

On behalf of our client, a prestigious and rapidly growing luxury hospitality group with a strong presence in Cyprus and Greece, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their commercial team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening the brand’s positioning within the luxury hospitality and travel market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality professional who thrives in an international environment and is passionate about luxury guest experiences, relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the commercial leadership team
  • Drive revenue growth across luxury hospitality properties through strategic partnerships and proactive sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate accounts, and key industry stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements in line with company standards and revenue objectives
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, networking events, roadshows, and luxury travel exhibitions
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Revenue teams on promotions, campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience and long-term partnerships
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and KPI analysis for senior management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, contributing to a positive and high-performing sales culture

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior sales role within the luxury hospitality or travel industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the luxury travel and hospitality market
  • Established network with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is essential. Greek or additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting and performance analysis
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally for business development activities and industry events
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
