Role responsibilities
- Delivering high‑quality treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies in line with Anandes standards
- Creating a warm, relaxing, and professional environment for every guest
- Consulting guests on treatment options and personalising experiences when appropriate
- Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and product displays in pristine condition
- Coordinating with the Front Office team for scheduling and guest flow
- Supporting retail sales of spa products with a natural, service‑oriented approach
- Ensuring hygiene, safety, and operational standards are consistently met
