In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our spa operations, blending clinical expertise with luxury service to create unforgettable guest experiences.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Spa and Fitness operations, ensuring strict adherence to hotel's standards and Health & Safety regulations.
• Act as a brand ambassador across the resort, providing personalized service to guests and turning guest feedback into loyalty.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of therapists. Conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Financial Performance: Drive revenue through strategic promotions, retail optimization, and rigorous P&L management (reforecasting, inventory, and labor costs).

• Bachelor’s degree in Spa Management, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
• Proven leadership in a 5-star luxury environment.
• Strong English communication (second language preferred); proficiency in MS Office and Atlantis software.
• A sales-driven leader who thrives on achieving financial targets and operational perfection.
