Qualifications
· Professional degree in Architecture or similar.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in high-profile architectural projects
· Project management & construction experience, with a strong emphasis on design and creativity
· Highly skilled in organizing and developing innovative design concepts
· Participate and lead team activities
· Experience in high end residential and hospitality projects
· Mood board presentation skills
· Fully competent in overseeing FF&E specifications for all soft and hard materials/finishes, with in-depth knowledge of showrooms and resources.
· Final & Detail design experience
· Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite.
Capacity to mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews.
· Excellent English language skills both written and verbal are required for this position
