Automation Engineer (Pharma)

Job Description

•Execute IT / automation-related processes and support the preparation and review of technical documentation for industrial systems (Active Directory integrations, remote support concepts, application administration plans, backup/restore/archiving procedures)

•Maintain and support track & trace and industrial automation systems ensuring high system availability and performance

•Perform troubleshooting, incident handling, and follow-up of technical tickets

•Provide training and technical support to production or operations personnel

•Support technical projects related to automation systems (URS, project management, commissioning, training, and implementation activities)

•Ensure OT compliance of computerized equipment and systems within the assigned area of responsibility

•Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and participate in engineering projects as required

•University Diploma in IT, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design & Production Engineering or related field

•Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial/engineering environment (preferably process or pharmaceutical industry)

•Good knowledge of PLC / SCADA systems, industrial PCs and HMIs will be considered a plus

•Strong customer-service mindset combined with problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

•Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
