Optimal, on behalf of a newly established boutique hotel in Amorgos is seeking a Front Office Agent for the 2026 season.
Scope of role
With a limited number of suites and a highly personalized guest experience, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating memorable first and last impressions, ensuring seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail
- Provide information about the property, island attractions, and available services
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information through the Property Management System
- Willingness to participate in occasional night shifts and support night audit procedures -with training provided by the company- will be considered an asset
Requirements
- Previous experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality industry
- Good command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Team spirit and willingness to contribute to a small, close-knit team
