Guest Relations Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote hotel amenities, services, and packages to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Organize and facilitate guest engagement activities and events.
- Promote hotel facilities such as restaurants, bars, spa, and other available services.
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow up with guests to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
- Maintain effective communication with departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide personalized assistance and respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Assist guests with reservations and provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Coordinate special requests such as room preferences, celebrations, and specific amenities.
