The totally renovated 4* Aeolos Beach Hotel at Kos island is looking to hire an experienced Head
Chef to join its team for the tourism season 2026. The ideal candidate is a high energy, hands on professional, able to cope in a demanding work environment having
impeccable job standards. The Head Chef will ensure gastronomical
expectations and the efficient operation of the kitchen of a 228 rooms beach
resort.
Main duties
- Responsible
for a central kitchen that prepares meals for 2 restaurants 3 times a day.
- Reports
to the Hotel Manager
- Daily
cooperation with the Maitre d’hotel
- Supervise the activities of the kitchen staff
- Planning
and directing food preparation and cooking activities
- Arranging equipment purchases and repairs
- Recruitment
and management of kitchen staff
- Remedy
problems or complaints that arise
- Final
editing of the appearance of meals - buffet
- Performing
administrative duties
- Compliance
with nutritional regulations, hygiene rules and safety standards
- Maintaining
time and payroll records
