Assistant Sushi Chef - New Concept Mykonos

A well-established hospitality group is launching a new restaurant and nightlife concept in Mykonos and is looking for a motivated Assistant Sushi Chef to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sushi Chef in the preparation of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to kitchen standards.
• Prepare ingredients including fish trimming, rice cooking, and sauce preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sushi section or high-end restaurant kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of sushi preparation and fish handling techniques.

• Professional attitude, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
