Epsilon Net Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Analyst to join our Finance Division and support the Group’s strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, performance monitoring, and business partnering with senior leadership, contributing directly to the Group’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data across Group entities to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform budget vs. actual and forecast analyses, providing clear explanations of performance drivers and deviations.
- Support profitability, margin, and KPI analysis at company, segment, and Group level.
- Prepare and maintain recurring management reports (monthly & quarterly), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Excel, while supporting reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Ensure harmonization of KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and financial data across Group companies.
- Collect, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources including ERP systems, BI platforms, and databases.
- Collaborate with IT and BI teams on reporting enhancements, analytical solutions, and data quality controls.
- Act as a finance business partner to internal stakeholders by providing analytical support, actionable insights, and clear communication to non-finance audiences.
- Contribute to ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and strategic projects supporting Group-level decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or similar reporting roles, ideally within a multinational environment or the IT / technology sector.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and corporate reporting frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting platforms will be considered a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, including experience presenting to senior executives.
