We are currently seeking a dynamic Technical Lead to manage laboratory operations and drive the team toward continued excellence.

As a Technical Lead your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage, support, and mentor a team of specialized technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Coordinate daily workflows and workload scheduling to meet deadlines and optimize laboratory capacity.
• Ensure all calibration activities align with international standards and maintain the laboratory's technical superiority.
• Acting as a technical consultant for clients, ensuring their needs are met with a professional and customer-centric mindset.
• Implement best practices in laboratory management to enhance productivity and service quality.

The ideal candidate for the Technical Lead  position should possess: 

• University degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in a managerial role, with specific experience in managing technical teams .
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a demanding, high-precision environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English language.
