Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the high standards that define the Tropicana brand. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily hotel operations across all departments
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor teams to achieve high quality service
• Implement operational procedures and quality standards in line with company policy
• Address guest feedback and ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel management or senior operations role
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS, POS, etc.)
• Fluent in English
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
