Yamas Global is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operation
and administration of its property portfolio. The role is suitable for
candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering and updating property data in the
management system
- Coordinating and scheduling technical works,
inspections, and site visits
- Acting as a first point of contact for basic
inquiries from property owners and tenants
- Supporting communication related to lease
renewals and new leases
- Recording utility bills, expenses, and payments
- Providing administrative and operational support
to the Property Manager
- Maintaining insurance records and monitoring
policy expiration dates
- Assisting with insurance renewals
- Preparing data and reports for review by the
Property Manager
- Posting and updating property listings on
relevant platforms
- Monitoring interest from prospective tenants or
buyers
- Assisting with the organization of property
viewings and providing basic information to prospective clients
