Fitness Equipment Technician 

Job Description

• Provide technical services for diagnosing issues and determining the required corrective actions
• Resolve technical problems, prepare technical reports, and perform all necessary inspections according to the nature of the issue
• Support the technical team during installations and equipment repairs of Technogym products
• Engage in continuous training to acquire specialized knowledge across all functional levels, practices, and procedures of Technogym
• Record and log data related to technical services
• Ensure that all machines and vehicles used for service activities are operated and maintained safely and responsibly, in line with Technogym specifications and Health & Safety regulations
• Inform and educate clients on technical matters and proper care of their equipment

Canditate Profile 

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree from a Technical Institute (TEI) or Technical School
• Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical/electrical issues, as well as digital services
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain technical equipment
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Motivation for continuous learning and specialization in Technogym equipment through company provided training, including webinars, HQ-organized seminars, and the e-learning platform
• Passion for fitness, enthusiasm, humility, strong work ethic, and integrity complete the ideal candidate profile
