Quality Assurance & Quality Control Supervisor

On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company in Evia, Greece, committed to quality, efficiency, and sustainability, we are seeking a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality systems, ensure production compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, implement, and monitor the Quality & Food Safety Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, IFS, HACCP standards, and applicable food regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes for raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate, and finished products.
• Monitor production processes, manage deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external inspections and certifications.
• Train, guide, and coordinate the Quality Control team and production staff on quality and hygiene matters.
• Maintain records, reports, and quality KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Agronomy, with a specialization in Food Technology.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, including prior experience in a similar role within an industrial food or beverage production facility.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, IFS – International Food Standard, and Organic Product standards.
• Proven ability to manage, lead, and develop teams effectively.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
