On behalf of our client, a collection of 5★ luxury hotels in Corfu, we are currently seeking Cook A & Cook B for the upcoming summer season.
As a Cook A / Cook B, you will be an essential part of the kitchen team, contributing to the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes while ensuring an outstanding culinary experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and hotel standards
- Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen preparation
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations
- Support Sous Chef and Head Chef during service
- Contribute to smooth kitchen operations under pressure
- Assist in stock control and waste reduction

Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role (hotel or restaurant environment preferred)
- Knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and passion for cooking
- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Greek & English communication skills
