About the Location:

Tinos Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Kionia, 2.6 km west of Tinos Port. The property is currently undergoing comprehensive renovation.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure smooth reservation operations and maximize room revenue throughout the season.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand and anticipate guest needs, providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries efficiently, professionally, and in a friendly manner.
  • Adopt a sales-oriented approach to maximize direct bookings, occupancy, and room revenue, including upselling rooms and hotel services.
  • Manage reservations across all channels (PMS, OTAs), ensuring special requests and relevant information are communicated to the appropriate departments.
  • Monitor cancellations, modifications, no-shows, and deposit requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rooms, hotel facilities, offers, and local attractions/competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office and Sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and an enhanced guest experience.
  • Maintain and update guest profiles to ensure optimal recognition and service.
  • Comply with departmental standards and provide suggestions for efficiency improvements.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Reservations department, preferably in 4-5* hotels or resorts.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera Cloud preferred) and OTAs.
  • Fluent in Greek and English; additional European language is a plus.
  • Availability for full physical presence at the hotel for the duration of the season.
