We are currently looking for a passionate IT professional to join our team in our Head office in Patras, Greece.
Position description
The position reports to the IT Manager of the Group and mainly supports all business processes and digital transformation of Bakalaros Group.
Key responsibilities
- Level 1 support to all users and sites of the Group (remotely / onsite)
- Database management, maintenance and development (MS SQL Server)
- Support and develop operating systems (ERP, CRM and other)
- Work to enhance data security policies and backup systems
- Develop reports and queries from databases
- Work hand in hand with other business functions to drive business forward
Qualifications
- Degree in Informatics, Computer Science or other related fields
- 2 years of working experience in an organized IT department
- Programming knowledge, SQL – python
- Experience in ERP systems preferably Entersoft (will be considered a strong asset)
- Fluent in English
