Responsibilities

• Manage, respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and third-party channels
• Process group and corporate bookings in coordination with the Sales Department
• Handle reservation modifications and cancellations, following hotel policies
• Maintain strong relationships with tour operators and booking channel partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up
• Follow data protection, payment security, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Minimum two years of work experience in the hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and booking procedures
• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Flexible and willing to take the extra step and support the team
• Excellent knowledge of English language
