experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous, warm, and professional service
to all guests during check-in and check-out.
- Engage proactively with guests throughout their
stay to create a personalized and memorable experience.
- Address guest complaints promptly, ensuring
effective resolution and thorough follow-up.
- Record special guest requests and coordinate with
relevant departments to fulfil them efficiently.
- Assist guests with various needs, including
arranging transportation and organizing excursions or activities
- Support guests in planning and coordinating
special events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations
