Your role will encompass:

• Providing personalized customer support.
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
• Understanding customers’ needs and offer the appropriate product/ service.
• Keep up with sales targets of the store.
• Handling complaints efficiently while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Providing after-sales assistance and resolving issues.
• Following up on customer requests for timely resolution.
• Managing cash transactions securely.
• Organizing store displays and maintaining cleanliness.

What you bring to the role:

• 2 years experience in Sales environment.
• Experience in Energy Sector is an asset.
• Continuous Learning, adaptability and attention to detai.
• Strong Problem Solving and Decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
