Security Business Development Manager – (Ref. 5169/SBDM/ESS/GR)

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the security solutions market. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises, to promote solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' requirements, challenges, and goals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized solutions that align with clients' needs
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts
  • Understand the customer's security strategy and advise on how company’s offered security products can help customers achieve their security goals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities to proactively identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Leading in-person and remote workshops to understand customer objectives and pain points
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company’s solutions and network with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years combined experience in InfoSec, IT Operations, Networking teams or Sales Engineering or lead generation
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of security solutions, including network security, data protection, threat detection, and access control
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and credibility with clients
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
