of our growth journey, we are establishing a dedicated Procurement & Sourcing function within our Supply Chain organization.
The Role:
We are seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to support and further develop our sourcing
activities for Food Commodities.
This is an individual contributor role, with strong emphasis on international
sourcing and procurement. The role focuses exclusively on suppliers abroad,
including market scanning, evaluating overseas producers, negotiating imports, and
working closely with the company’s internal teams to ensure smooth and
well-coordinated import operations.
You will play an
essential role in securing competitive pricing, ensuring reliability from
global supply partners, and helping us build a procurement process that works
smoothly as we grow, both in Greece and across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support
the sourcing strategy for selected Food Commodity categories exclusively
from international suppliers
- Identify,
assess and qualify new suppliers abroad (Europe, Asia, Americas, etc.)
- Request
and compare quotations; conduct basic cost and pricing analyses for
imported materials
- Negotiate
commercial terms, pricing, delivery conditions and contracts with overseas
suppliers
- Maintain
strong relationships with existing global supply partners
- Ensure
all procurement activities align with internal standards and Group
policies
- Collaborate
closely with Sales, Planning and Supply Chain teams on imported materials
- Contribute
to the development and continuous improvement of the new procurement
process
