looking to recruit: Guest Relations Manager
Requirements:
- Degree
in Hotel Management or Tourism related Degree
- Previous
working experience in a hotel chain or luxury hotel
- Good
knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel Spreadsheets)
- Excellent
knowledge of Greek and English Language
- Good
knowledge of German or Russian language will be considered as an advantage
- Professionalism
and Responsibility
- Excellent
Communication Skills and Strong Organizational Skills
Duties:
- To
handle guest requests and act as a main point of contact for enquiries
- To
handle guest feedback and complaints and prepare reports
- To coordinate
with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments
- To
assist with special events and guest celebrations
- To
help achieve the hotels’ quantitative and qualitative objectives
Remuneration Package:
