Therefore, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and detail-oriented “Back - Middle Office Junior Specialist” to join our client’s team in their office in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Client Description

Our client is a boutique investment firm that provides creative and alternative investment advice. It acts as an External Asset Manager providing its services to High-Net-Worth Individuals, corporate and institutional clients.

Role Description

As a full-time Back-Middle Office Junior Specialist, you will provide essential support to the firm’s Relationship Managers while handling the day-to-day needs of clients and various counterparties. You will ensure that processes and work procedures remain up-to-date and maintain regular contact with custodian banks and other counterparties. Additionally, you will foster effective communication within the team and across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support clients and Relationship Managers in their daily business activities.
  • Deliver top-quality service to clients through regular and prompt communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Execute client account openings, closures, and updates with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate daily communication with top-tier banks in Switzerland and Luxembourg.
  • Prepare client meetings and marketing materials, including presentations and portfolio reviews.
  • Handle various administrative and organizational tasks as required by the Firm.
  • Utilize internal software systems, including CRM and wealth management back-office tools, to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance or other discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Confidence in working with IT applications.
  • Strong command (written and oral) of the English language. Additional languages (German, French, or Italian) are a plus.
  • No prior experience required, although 1–2 years of relevant experience is considered an extra asset.

  • Ability to multitask, organize tasks methodically, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
