Περιγραφή

BNI, the most acknowledged international networking organization, is seeking a dynamic Member Relations Manager for its Athens office.

A highly experienced professional on customer service matters, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new memberships within BNI Greece as well as handling and retention of existing members. This position implements strategic direction for the organization’s growth within the membership area. You will be an excellent organizer and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment, and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The position reports directly to the National Director.

 

Duties include:

  • Maintaining relationships with members by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Attending meetings with members and prospects
  • Organizing communication with members and following up on pending matters with limited direction
  • Investigating and resolving queries from members
  • Responding to urgent requests
  • Updating the CRM and inputting information on members
  • Organizing of meetings
  • Assisting with organizing events
  • Organizing and preparing documents and training materials
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

 Experience and qualifications required:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Greek in a professional context
  • Master’s degree from an esteemed University
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service / sales role for another company
  • Self-motivated and organized individual; able to exercise own initiative
  • Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds
  • Maturity to handle a range of situations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Proficiency with Database
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
  • Positive Attitude
  • Due to the requirements of the role, i.e. attending members’ meetings within the Athens area, own transport is essential.
