Senior HR Generalist 

We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Senior HR Generalist to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our people operations and strengthening our HR function across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding of new employees
• Coordinate and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring smooth execution and consistency across teams
• Act as the main HR contact person for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
• Support general HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in HR roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Literature, Psychology, or a related field
• Master’s degree in HR or relevant field will be considered a strong advantage
• HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD or equivalent) will be considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured and organized approach
• Fluency in Greek and English
