Projects & Operations Coordination Specialist

We are currently recruiting for Projects & Operations Coordination Specialist This is pivotal role for assessing potential investment projects and territories, coordinating multiple project phases, and liaising between various departments. Also, this role aims to deliver strategic insights and recommendations for optimized business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investment projects and regions, creating presentations to report findings.
• Project Coordination: Oversee and synchronize different stages of a project from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Cross-Departmental Management: Monitor and manage deliverables from various departments, keeping track of timelines and milestones.
• Quality Oversight: Ensure the quality and progress of various tasks and report deviations or improvements.
• External Collaboration: Interface with external partners to develop solutions and proposals, including technical descriptions, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Performance Reporting: Draft production reports and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Internal Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure project efficiency and synergy.

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills:

• Graduate of Polytechnic University or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Exceptional skills in report writing and Excel
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint
• Capable of conducting research and data analysis, presenting findings in a structured manner
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written communication skills, including report writing
• Proficient in problem analysis and solution synthesis
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
