A prominent and rapidly growing Industrial & Manufacturing Group, is looking for a versatile and proactive IT Manager. This is a key role designed for a professional who enjoys a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on technical management within a high-standard production environment.

The role is full time, permanent and based in Kavala region.

What you bring to the team

• Education: University or Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record in IT Administration or IT Management (experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly valued).
• Solid experience with Windows Server environments and core networking (Switching, Routing, WiFi).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business software is a plus.
• Languages: Fluency in Greek and English.
• Personality: Strong organizational skills, a problem-solving "can-do" attitude, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
