We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations and telephone handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls (telephone center)
• Monitoring employee attendance and absences
• Data entries and updates in ERGANI system
• General administrative and clerical support
• Coordination with internal departments
Requirements:
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Very good computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
• Experience with SoftOne ERP (considered a plus)
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role
