Key Responsibilities as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Tech-Focused Sourcing: Design and deliver sourcing strategies specifically for Software Engineering and Data roles, identifying top talent in a highly competitive market.
• Advanced Sourcing Tools: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and tech-specific platforms to engage passive candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Pre-qualify candidates and deliver an excellent experience, acting as a brand ambassador from the first point of contact.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain engaged talent pools for current and future tech needs by leveraging your professional network.
• Data-Led Insights: Use market data and recruitment metrics to influence hiring managers and optimize the search process.

The ideal candidate for this Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist position should have:

• University degree (a combination of HR and IT/Business studies is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and experience working with an ATS (Workday is advantageous).
• Fluency in Greek and English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a clear focus or strong interest in Tech/Software Engineering roles.
