A prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Corfu seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to join its management team in a permanent, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and technical performance of the resort's facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
- Lead, supervise and develop the Engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire prevention regulations.
- Coordinate external contractors, suppliers and technical service providers.
- Monitor departmental budgets, maintenance expenses and inventory.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues and minimal disruption to guest services.
- Maintain the highest standards of property maintenance and presentation.
