- Manage external contractors, service providers, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor maintenance and project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and identifying savings opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable health & safety regulations, environmental legislation, and internal procedures.
2. Project Coordination (CAPEX)
- Coordinate and monitor priority CAPEX projects across sites (including PJO & Tsabassis plants) in alignment with the COO-approved investment plan.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution quality, with direct supervision of the Project Engineer.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership on project milestones, risks, and outcomes.
3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Define and oversee the company-wide HSE strategy, in full compliance with national legislation and international standards.
- Ensure the effective functioning of the HSE Management System across all company facilities.
- Monitor HSE performance through defined KPIs and report findings and progress to senior management.
- Lead the management of serious incidents, coordinating with relevant authorities as required.
- Champion a proactive culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility at all organisational levels.
