The responsibilities for this role are:
- Insurance Issuance: Handle the preparation, review, and issuance of car insurance contracts.
- Data Entry & Application Processing: Accurately enter and manage data for new and existing insurance applications.
- Provider Relations: Act as the primary point of contact with insurance companies to resolve issues, clarify data, and ensure smooth operations.
- Portal Management: Navigate and efficiently manage various insurance company portals.
- Administrative Support: Utilize MS Office tools to maintain organized digital records and support daily financial/documentation workflows.
