The Packaging Leader will have the following duties:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the packaging team.
• Oversee daily packaging operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure all packaged products comply with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to schedule preventive maintenance and ensure rapid troubleshooting of packaging machinery.
• Monitor packaging material stock levels and coordinate with procurement.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly production reports.

For the position of Packaging Leader you need to have:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related specialty from a Polytechnic School.
• Previous experience in the food industry in the packaging department.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management.
• Very good knowledge of English and Greek (written and spoken).
• Excellent use of MS Office.
• Leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Methodology, consistency and attention to detail.
• Focus on results.
• Teamwork and time management skills.
