As an Food & Beverage Manager you will
- Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage
departments, including culinary operations, restaurants, bars, and room
service.
- Provide strong leadership, supervision, and
continuous development of the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient daily
operations.
- Cultivate a positive, motivating, and
teamwork-oriented environment with a strong focus on service excellence.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding guest
experiences by proactively addressing guest and employee concerns.
- Take full ownership of guest complaints,
ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation when necessary.
- Maintain and enhance quality, consistency, and
presentation standards across all food and beverage outlets.
- Lead all staffing activities, including
recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
- Develop and implement strategic goals and
action plans to effectively meet departmental objectives.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor the
financial performance of all Food & Beverage operations.
- Ensure full compliance with hotel policies,
health and safety regulations, and accounting standards.
- Promote clear and effective communication
through regular team meetings, reporting, and coordination.
- Participate in management meetings and carry
out additional responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a
comparable leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort environment,
combined with at least five years of overall Food & Beverage and/or
culinary experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken
English; proficiency in an additional language will be considered a strong
asset.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with
hotel operating systems is essential.
- Proven ability to manage guest requests
effectively and consistently exceed guest expectations, delivering a high level
of personalized service.
