PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Branch Sales Representative oversees implementing and managing the long/short term strategy developed for important clients (key accounts) in collaboration with HQ in order to achieve the designated sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of the assigned accounts (key accounts from HQ) at a local (Branch) level and Branches’ end customers: visits, offers and monitoring, payments, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (Key Accounts/Strategic Customers) to increase sales and their involvement with the brand
- Market prospecting, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and attracting potential new clients in the area and sectors
- Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and complaint management
- Ability to conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and provide commercial/technical advice, offering holistic solutions and not just products
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and design sales strategies
- Participation and collaboration in different commercial training actions
- Attendance and participation in sectoral or national / local fairs
