This is an Internal Operations Manager position within a leading multinational company in the maritime and lubricants oil industry. As an Internal Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the coordination of the office
  • Manage team activities, inspire, coach and develop all team-members to build trust and accountability
  • Oversee, manage and negotiate customers' tenders, contracts, credit reports requests
  • Monitor and maintain defined documentation including orders, shipments, deliveries, approvals, invoices, etc
  • Support commercial strategy by assessing profitability through internal IT tools and develop clear communication internal within our organization and external to our customers
  • Provide and ensure after-sales services, meet customers’ needs and always inline with industry development
  • Define KPIs and monitor the team’s performance
  • Operate on a daily basis in full respect of the delegation authorities. Apply and promote the group policy
  • Assist customer service when required (urgent delivery)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

If you want to put in your candidacy for the Internal Operations Manager position you should have:
  • 5 years proven work experience in operations as a team leader or manager
  • BA degree in Shipping, Business Administration, Engineering or Sciences
  • Master will be considered as an extra asset
  • Team-spirit and ability to lead by example
  • Passionate, committed and results-oriented
  • Take initiatives, work with happiness and motivation
