We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Night Auditor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our front office during overnight shifts.

Job Role: The Night Auditor is responsible for delivering exceptional service at the front desk while overseeing nightly financial and operational duties. This role ensures the accuracy of front office transactions, balances accounts, prepares financial summaries, and assists guests with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking front office accounting records for accuracy.
• Prepare a daily summary of cash, check, and credit card transactions, reflecting the hotel’s financial performance.
• Ensure that all front desk transactions are supported by proper documentation, signatures, and correctly posted in the PMS system.
• Having complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Balancing days charges making corrections as necessary.
• Perform wake-up calls and assist guests with late-night needs, requests, or complaints, escalating to management when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position; leadership in hospitality strongly required
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be considered accordingly.
• Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manage workload using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multitask position.
• High knowledge of Protel/CRS/PMS revenue management and MS office are considered a must.
