Our client, a multinational BPO company, is currently seeking a dedicated Spanish-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator (Remote/On-site) to join their team in Greece. In this role, you will ensure that all user-generated content complies with community guidelines and standards, actively contributing to a positive and safe user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts)
- Monitoring user interactions and taking appropriate action against violations (issuing warnings or bans)
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent moderation policies
- Understanding and implementing client policies and guidelines effectively
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (C1-C2)
- Very good command of English (B2-C2)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Emotional resilience
- Critical thinking
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
