Digital Marketing Specialist

Group of companies based in Athens is looking for Digital Marketing Specialist with great enthusiasm for marketing. 

Job Description

• Deliver growth in traffic, engagement, and online sales through data-driven digital marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize SEO and Paid Media (Google, Meta Ads & Criteo) with agency partners
• Develop and control the annual digital marketing budget
• Leed digital strategy and campaign planning across all paid channels
• Email Marketing & CRM, created automated workflows and personalized campaigns
• Explore and launch new channels (TikTok, Bing Ads)
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to align campaigns with product and sales priorities
• Support digital transformation projects improving performance, UX, and marketing operations
• Manage on-site SEO optimization of metadata, landing pages, and categories
• Analyze KPIs via Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BI and CRM dashboards

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
• 2 years of proven working experience
• Excellent command of English Language
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, optimization, audiences, pixel/events), Newsletter platforms, TikTok Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc
• Knowledge of Soft1 ERP application is a plus
• Written & oral Communication skills
