Position Overview

As F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards and seamless coordination between kitchen, service, and bar teams. You will lead by example, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to delivering a refined culinary experience aligned with our boutique luxury identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, and F&B outlets
  • Ensure high-quality service standards in à la carte dining and bar operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B team members
  • Organize staff schedules and allocate duties effectively
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and health & safety regulations
  • Oversee proper use of Micros POS and reporting systems
  • Participate in menu development and quality control
  • Monitor food & beverage cost control, purchasing, and stock management
  • Supervise ordering procedures, inventory, and cost analysis
  • Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and other hotel departments
  • Maintain cleanliness, service excellence, and operational efficiency

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in 4* or 5* hotels
  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field 
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, à la carte service, wine, and bar management
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, purchasing, inventory, and menu costing
  • Very good knowledge of HACCP & ISO standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Micros POS
  • Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Professionalism under pressure and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
